Over a decade in the making (no joke), the PR6 (Picatinny Railed 6″) pump is now released. Why did it take 10+ years? I ask myself that, too. Rather than recounting all the turns and twists of development (which took up most of this product description originally), here are the salient details.
The pump body itself is printed in ASA (UV-resistant and suitable for outdoor use). It measures 6.125″ in length and features a full-length Picatinny rail on the underside for use with the excellent Magpul AFG, or any other Picatinny mounted accessories. A removable liner is printed in a low-friction bearing material with spiral ‘sand cuts’ to allow paintball field crud to collect without wearing against that irreplaceable custom barrel anodizing (I get it, we all want our bling to not get a ding). The liner is held in place with a quickly removable o-ring for cleaning or replacement. While the PR6 ships with a 7/8″ ID liner (suitable for Phantom barrels), we can make custom 1″ ID inserts for use with Roundhead bodies and cocker barrels (contact us for requests, as such barrels were generally never intended for overcocker pumps).
