Hey!!  Where'd the McMaster PDFs go?!?!?

Well, I got a letter from McMaster-Carr asking me to please remove the files, saying that they are copyrighted material.  Hopefully they'll get the idea that people need a better method of browsing their online catalog than just one-slow-page-at-a-time.
